Ovpt “Y CREbPY EN ARGENT” and rounded edges. Only three are known to exist, this one and two with serial numbers A.59998 & A.59999. Never circulated. Inside holder by PMG “About Uncirculated 53”. Unique graded in PMG. (Pick 11c). Excessively Rare!
