Both sides are very cruel .Turks drunk the blood of killed Greeks and Greeks put on fire the captured Turks. A British officer who came in Morea to fight with the Greeks testified that several Greeks were in charge to roast 40 Turks prisoners .Turkish fleet tried to exit in the Aegean but had been attacked immediately by the Greeks, lost several ships and escaped in Dardanelles.
