The map is adorned with a fine elaborated title cartouche presenting mythical figures related to Crete, with central figure that of Zeus depicted at the top, also shown riding the goat Amaltheia (Αμάλθεια). Cornucopia (Κέρας της Αμάλθειας) designs on both sides of title and on the right part a schematic design of the Labyrinth. Sailling ships and two fine compass roses on the sea.
