Complete with 12 original lithographs by Dali, of which 3 double-page, printed on B.F.K. Rives paper. One of the unnumbered copies with the indication “Exemplaire Imprime Specialement pour Monsieur W. A. R. Collins”. The total edition included 197 copies. Don Quichotte is the first book illustrated by Dali using lithography, instead of etching. Original white card wrappers with title printed in red and Dali’s signature in gold. In original blue cloth chemise with spine lettered in gilt. In probably later blue slipcase. Spine sunned, light wear and short tears along the extremities of the chemise’s joints, otherwise without spots and overall in Very Fine condition.
