June 1913, Vlore Government of Albania 1913-14, second prepayment of postage issue, circular handstamp “Postat e Qeverries se Perkoheshme / te Shqipenies” impressed in VIOLET (the normal is black) on envelope, canc. “SHKODER / SHQIPENIE / 13-11-1913”. Genuine canc. but probably a philatelic creation of someone in possession of the datestamps (since the sewing-machine stamps were already in use from 14.10.1913). (Mi.2A).
