His work “Geistreiches Gesangbuch” a collection of 683 hymns and 173 melodies is of great importance in the field of hymnology. Contemporary full calf, spine decorated in gilt. External heavy rubbing, wear along joints and extremities, trimmed the right sheets margin, otherwise interior in fine condition.
