Unpaid EL from “TRIEST*24/9” to Sira. Handwitten “3/10” fr. on arrival with 20l. strip of 3 (pos.3-5) to pay 13kr for Austrian and ship rate and 20l. Greek inland rate. Pos.4+5 stamps with plate flaw “white line at the lower part” and “oblique line behind the head”. EL folded in middle but very nice and rare franking. (Hellas 19b+19b20F1+19b20F2).
