BAYROS Franz von, “Die sechzehnte Ehefreude”, Private publication “Privatdruck”, 1909. Portfolio, one of 100 numbered copies of the private print “Nr.66” including seven (7) loose full-page woodcuts by Franz von Bayros with the designs presenting a satire on Antoine de la Salle “Les Quinze joies de marriage”. The portfolio was published separately from the text edition that was printed the same year in Vienna in 600 numbered copies. Tear on spine and signs of waterstain of the portfolio. One plate light-stained all the other in excellent condition.
