ΟΘΩΝ ΒΑΣΙΛΕΥΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ Mature head of Otto to left. Rev. 1 ΔΡΑΧΜΗ / 1851 Crowned shield bearing the coat of arms of Greece with the Wittelsbach arms at the center; all within an olive wreath with ties below. Divo 13. Karamitsos 109. KM 35. Acquired as a Proof by El-Greco. Remarkable quality, with original natural patina and proof-like fields. A most attractive coin. Graded by NGC “MS 63”.
