1843. THE STAR OF ATHENS. On the day of the declaration of the Constitution, after a proposal by the Ministerial Assembly, a Royal Decree (03.09.1843) established the awarding of a Medal to the Army and to civilians who took actively part in the declaration of the Constitution.
