French stamps (foreign registered 80-100gr. letter rate) canc. with linear “POSTES SERBES” and posted from “MINISTARSKA*1.12.917” without censorship indication, arr. “GENEVE*28.XII.17”. Certificate by. R.Loeuillet. Many heavy letters were sent by Serbian goverment agencies to France and Switzerland. These were bulky envelopes and packages and usually, battered in mail.
