Rare wall-map (75 x 95 cm) issued in 1828, the year of the end of the Greek War of Independence. Centered in Greece it reaches from the Dalmatian coasts to the NW to the islands of Rhodes & Crete to the SE, including most parts of the Balkans, the Aegean Sea, the Asia Minor, the Sea of Marmara & Constantinople and part of the west coasts of the Black Sea.
