Folio, 35x23cm, pp.4. News from Zante: The Turks, blocked in Morea, made an effort to escape from Korinthos on the 13/9, but they had been crushed (at Dervenakia) and lost 4.000 men. Also they lost the town and the port of Korinthos, now on Greek hands. 3.000 wounded soldiers are blocked in the castle and although new supplies had arrived just before, it seems that the castle cannot hold. Following some other news, via Raguse, the castle has been already surrendered to Colocotronis on the 24/9. The Turkish fleet gathered its forces and is actually in the bay of Napoli di Romania. Greek fleet also gathered their forces there (the naval battle of Spetses will soon take place). Several other news.
