AUSTRIAN SHIPS POST MARKS. “S/S Habsburg” ship. 1pi/10kr. postal letter card and cancelled with “LLOYD AUSTRIACO XLII*8/7/96” (type LB-42) in lilac colour.This type of cancel was issued to the “Messina” in 1891 but this vessel withdrawn from service in 1893 and the handstamp was issued to “Habsburg” in 1895.
