MERCATOR G. “Macedonia Epirus et Achaia” copper plate map from a French edition of Mercator’s “Atlas sive cosmographicae meditationes” printed between 1607-1633. Text in French on reverse. A very important map, being the very early map depicting and referring Macedonia in the title. Map plate Dim. 43 x 36cm, on sheeet with full margins. Printer’s creasing on margins and a small marginal tear, repaired. Zacharakis 2207.
