Royal 4to, loose 2-sheets (32 x 25cm) in packets, with 12 original polychrome woodcut plates, plus numerous engraved initials and vignettes in brown-white and red-white, all created by the French painter and illustrator, Jean Berque. 2 columns text in French (XXII chapters of St. Johns Apocalypse).

Double case, parchment back, untrimmed sheets, watermarked paper. Case rather rubbed and dull, fresh interior. Good copy. Monod 319.
