You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will conduct an inspection and confirm the return. Subsequently, we will inform you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment, or to your bank account. The credit will be issued within a period determined by your bank’s policies. Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. In the event that a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
