USA: 10 Cents (1919) in silver (0,900). An allegory of Liberty wearing a winged Phrygian cap is surrounded with the word "LIBERTY" and accompanied with the motto: "IN GOD WE TRUST" on obverse. A fasces mixed with an olive branch shows both that the United States is prepared for the war and its desire for peace on reverse. Inside slab by PCGS "UNC DETAILS / CLEANED".
