FISHER’S DRAWING ROOM SCRAPBOOK – 10 vols (4to), Poetic and illustrated anthology collected by L. E. Landon:

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, 1836. With Poetical illustrations by L. E. L. (Letitia Elizabeth Landon), Published by London & Paris, Fisher, Son & Co, 1836. In 4to, 57pp.+ ads. 36 b&w etchings by various artists. Collection of poetry of various sorts with full page illustrations. Blindstamped cloth, boards rathee faded and soiled; wearing through along edges and corners. Black leatherd spine with title and decoration in gilt, chipped throught.Clean and tight inside, all edges gilt. Pages with natural yellowing and some foxing otherwise fresh engravings. 

-Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, 1837. With Poetical Illustrations by L. E. L. [Landon, Letitia Elizabeth], Published by Fisher, Son, & Co., London, Paris, 1837. In 4to, front title (with steel engraving view), 56 pp. Text (poems), 2 ll. Publishing house advertising. With frontispiece, 1 engraving on title page and 36 engravings (complete). Publishers original cover blind embossed canvas with gold-embossed. Dull covers, edged bumped, red morroco spine worn. Slight foxing inside, excellent illustrations. Vignettes, gilt edging. Good copy.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, MDCCXL (1840). L.E.L. and Mary Howitt, Published by Fisher, Son, & Co., London, 1840. In 4to, 68 pp., with frontispiece and 34 (of 35) engraved plates out of text. Subject matter of plates divided among "fair ladies", important personages, and scenes from the Near and Middle East. Original green cloth, impressively decorated (stamped gilt on both boards and spine). Covers rather worn, sparse foxing inside, but engravings are fresh.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, With poetical illustrations by Mary Howitt, Published by Fisher, Son & Co., London, 1841. In 4to, 64 pp., with frontispice, vignette title and 34 plates of engravings, protected by tissue paper. Contemporary green fabric binding, gilded title on the spine, wear mainly on edges. Slight foxing inside, fresh engravings.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, MDCCCXLIII (1843) by The Author of “Women of England”, Fisher, son, & co., London, Paris & New-York 1843. In 4 (21,5x28,5cm), pp 68+[6 publishers ads]. First edition, illustrated with 36 plates on steel, printed on heavy paper, by Allom, Purser, Prout, etc. representing views of Turkey, Greece, England, Scotland, Lebanon, portraits and paintings. Brown publishers cardboard box. Back richly decorated with interwoven patterns. Decorative golden plates on the dishes with members of a family in medallions. Slightly bumped corners, fresh interior.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, MDCCCXLIV (1844) by The Author of “Women of England”, Fisher, son, & co., London, Paris, 1844. In 4to, pp. 52, (iv) publishers ads, (2). Engraved title-page (foxed) and 36 steel engraved plates, with tissue-guards. Hardcover, bound in the original publishers ornate full blue cloth, covers and spine richly illustrated in gilt, all edges gilt; some wear to extremities; foxing & spotting as often. In good condition.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, by The Author of “Women of England”, Fisher, son, & co., London, Paris, 1845. First edition, in 4to, pp 64 (8). Original binding in editorial canvas with embossed prints and titles and decorations in gold on the spine and on the plates. Gold cuts. With 36 clear steel engravings out of text, protected by original tissue. 15th edition of the famous English yearbook, very widespread at the time, characterized by essentially poetic texts and very rich iconographic apparatuses.

- 2 vols of Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, MDCCCXLVI (1846), by the Hon. Mrs. Norton, Fisher, son, & co., London, Paris, 1846. In 4to, pp 68. Original edition, with frontis, title-page vignette and 34 full-page steel engravings. Publishers green cloth (one dark, the other light colored), gilt decorated. Binding worn but nice clean contents with clean tissue-guards plates. All edges gilt.

- Fishers Drawing Room Scrap-book, MDCCCXLVII (1847), by the Hon. Mrs. Norton, Fisher, son, & co., London, Paris, 1847. In 4to, pp 84. Engraved & printed title pages. Portrait frontis, title page vignette and 34 steel engraved plates. Original cloth, stamped gilt, rather worn. All edges gilt. Inner hinges repaired. Scattered foxing, but all plates seem fresh.
