4to, pp.551 [651], [50 index]. Large Robert I Estienne’s device on title page. Rebound keeping covers (most prob. 17th century) with blind-stamped fillets, cornerpieces in gilt and a fine central motif in gilt (:hand holding twig with flowers with a bird on the top). Occasional contemporary marginalia, just few pages with spots, overall in very fine condition. External rubbing and wear. Top edge stamped. Brunet IV 1025, Adams Q 64, Graesse 5 529.
