The largest known used block of 2l. consecutive printings 1862-67 used in Patrai, 2l. yellow-brown Ochre, (Con/dis 28a Hellas 16a). Early fair, solid impression, pos. 31-65. Large margined, cut into in pos. 35. Ex Cadinopoulos. A stunning, most desirable exhibition item, considered the Key-Exhibit for 2l. A similar, 2nd largest bl. of 16 of the same stamp, (ex Grand-Prix-Mattheos) was offered in 2003 for CHF 7000.
