EL from "ΒΩΛΟΣ*29...82" fr. with 2X5l. emerald 1880/86 issue and a 20l. carmine to make the UPU rate, arr. "SALONIQUE TURQUIE*11.DEC.82". One emerald stamp with plate flaw "broken circle". Stamp with plate flaw with one narrow margin, the other two stamps with faults. EXTREMELY RARE ON COVER. MAYBE UNIQUE EXAMPLE WITH 5l. EMERALD STAMP WITH PLATE FLAW. (Hellas 55a+59Ia).
