Red ovpt "ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ" and circular red ovpt "NEON 1926" (on Pick 84). Inside plastic folder by PMG "Choice Extremely Fine EPQ - Exceptional Paper Quality / As Made Wet Ink Transfer". (Pick 92a).
