Signed in pen in the lower margin with dedication to Nicola Zaccaria written in Greek “To my sincere friend Nikos - Maria” (translated). Nicola Zaccaria (well known Greek bass) took part in the current “Alceste” 1954 act as “the Oracle’s voice”. This is the first time the two artists performed together in Milano with more than 13 joint appearances following. Callas is referred on the photo caption as “Maria Meneghini Callas”.
