The Greek civil war starts: Greek government had nominated Mavrokordatos in the place of Kolokotronis who wrote a letter in the senate trying to change this decision. The Greek islanders left from Ydra with 75 ships to stop the Ottoman fleet. The Egyptian fleet returned to Alexandria to bring new troops to Crete, which was under the government of Mehmet Ali. Some Psariotes attacked Samos for plundering. The Pasha of Skoutari arrived with 10000 men in Trikala expecting more enforcements in order to move towards Livadia. The Greeks have assembled an army of 10000 men which is already near the Muslim army. Several other information.
