Impressive, 72x49cm, copper engraved map of Northwestern Balkans, the left hand part of the detailed theatre of war between the Austrians and the Turks. Fine cartouche, original colours, cut at the edges and mounted in 18th century contemporary paper. In fine condition. Separately printed in the frame of the contemporary war. The two lots (3498 & 3499), although separately published, can form jointed a large, almost 150cm, detailed map of the theatre of war from the Adriatic to the Black sea. VERY RARE.
