The description of Smirni area is thorough. There, Cuinet could find all the desirable information and the city and the area are described in an astonishing details (pupils by school, population by village, commercial activities by sector, situation of roads and public buildings etc). A UNIQUE source for the Greek presence in Asia Minor at the end of 19th century. EXTREMELY RARE.
