Unpaid letter sheet from Triest Sept 8, 1866 to Kalamai Sept 4, 1866 taxed with the normal rate of 75 Lepta, but the stamps are a strip of 3 of 20l. on greenish paper, a 5l. and instead of 10l. there is a 2l. of nearly the same colour as fraud pretending to be a 10l. Result: 8 Lepta in favour of the postman! Very fine and rare. (Hellas 16b+17c+19e).
