Fine copper engraved map 29x23cm of the Balkans and Black sea areas , then the European Turkey, including Greece. Inset map of Constantinople. Original outline coloring, fine condition. Although there is not any signature on this map there is not any doubt that this is a map for the area prepared for the same work, as the previous lot. The wording is exactly the same, but the lettering is different suggesting an alternative date, as the project took several years or perhaps an alternative engraving workshop. Not in Zacharakis.  An almost unique example of a 18th century UNRECORDED map of Greece.
