Includes almost all the minor Ancient Greek geographers and travelers of the ancient world known today only from their extracts preserved in Photius work. Several very early accounts of ancient travels and ancient geography had been first published with the publication of Myriobiblon in the 17th century. To Photios we are indebted for almost all we possess of Ctesias, Memnon of Heraclea, Conon, the lost book of Diodorus and the lost writings of Arrianus.
