The only Imperial Folio issue of this Atlas, 50 x33cm.Contemporary boards rubbed and frayed at edges  ,complete portrait , 56p.7p. and the 40 copper engraved plans and maps (including the first folded map, the Carte Generale de la Grece, published only in 1811) with contemporary outline coloring, important water stain throughout ,large uncut copy ,in the very rare state of unfolded maps (except the first folded ,as measured 74x49cm),overall an almost good copy.

The revised edition of the Atlas of the maps of Greece for Anacharsis travels, published in 1798/99, with the newly engraved maps by Tardieu, has been issued ,in very few copies, in a special Imperial Folio Luxurious edition .It is by far the rarest edition of the Atlas of Anacharsis ,a classical of enlightenment .Very rare this edition.
