In this essay describes the situation at the northern Balkan area (Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia – Montenegro, Romania) at the threshold of the upcoming wars. Cloth spine and corners, rather dull – carton covers slight worn. Ex libris stamp on title page, along with handwritten signature of last owner at first page. Sparse pencil annotations inside, otherwise good and tide pages, with colored edges. Nice copy overall.
