20l deep blue (pos.16/last setting-very heavy impression stamp before the cleaning of the plates), control numbers displaced with the "0" slightly higher (Kound. 31.4+31.8), as usually for pos.16 20 lepta stamps. Tied by "25" Kiparissia cds, P.O. not mentioned in Koundouros study under the displaced CF error. Very rare, especially in combination with uneven CF. Stamp touched at right but a very rare CF error combination. Impressive. (Hellas 19f).
